Day 24 Attacking those abs

My abs are my problem area.  I'll be the first to admit that my core is not strong, so doing prolonged abdominal exercises is extremely painful for me.  But in order for me to be completely happy with my fitness progression, I need to take care of my abs and strengthen my core.  So, I've decided to commit to doing at least 10-15min of abdominal exercises daily.  As my core gets stronger, I'll progress to doing more complicated abdominal exercises.


Painful…HARD…But I'm determined to have a better and stronger core!!
