Day 30 It's all about the core

I'm determined to get a tight core.  My baby is almost 9, so it's about time for me to get my prebaby belly back.  I don't need to be ripped, but a flat belly would be nice.

Today I did core work using my P90x DVD.  Over an hr of pure torture, but I stuck with it. 


I think the hardest thing for me is holding certain positions for a prolonged period of time.  I attribute this to my core not being as strong.  


But after 30 days into this challenge I'm seeing definition.  And man does that make me elated!!
