Day 25 Starting the week off RIGHT

Mondays are a great time to get your mind right.  It basically starts off the rhythm of the week.  If your Monday starts off foul, it pretty much leaves you in a funk (unless you are determined to not allow that to happen). 

For today's exercise, I decided to take a high impact cardio class (CRT) at my gym Lifetime Fitness.  I really love the instructor Christy for this class, and tend to get a full body workout.  Normally I cheat, and don't do all of the requested repetitions, but today I was focused and determined to get through the class without cheating….I came close ;)
