Cruise vacations are amazing. Today we docked in Grand Cayman, and it was so beautiful.
At 7am, I worked out with my husband in the cruise gym. He ran 4 miles and I worked out on the elliptical.
We then did 4 sets of 30 squats. Talk about feeling the burn.
We both were dead tired after doing 120 squats. Whoop whoop for 120 squats!!
Unable to resist my amazing view, I went back to my room, grabbed by resistance bands, and started working out my arms. These bands really push you to the limit.
And to wrap up an amazing day, I swam several laps at 7 mile beach in Grand Cayman!!
