Day 35 Get low

As part of this challenge, I also have to do squats. 


Today's challenge was to do 30 squats. It's so important to have proper form when working out. My mate even jumped in to show me what proper squat form is suppose to look.  

When all was said and done, I did squats, planks, and sit-ups for today's exercise goal.
