Today is the day that I decided to start Shaun T's T25 program. I'd heard a lot of great things about it, so I couldn't resist. Equipped with my new Polar FT7 water, and my bright sneakers, I was ready to tackle Shaun T.
But before you can get started, the program makes you take before pictures and measurements. As you can tell my problem area is my abdomen. And those back rolls have got to go!!
My starting stats are:
Naked weight: 155lbs
Arms: 12in
Thighs: 16in
Chest: 36in
Abdomen: 33.5in
I have to do a stat check on Saturday. That should be interesting.
I went to the gym this morning, and did T25 tonight. I burned 472 calories in my aerobic class this morning and 217 calories during T25. I also reintroduced myself to myfitnesspal app on my phone. I hadn't used it in months. I logged my calorie consumption, water intake, and exercise calories burned. Today I consumed 1135 calories and my goal is 1300. I wasn't starved, but definitely wasn't overly satisfied.
I had this raspberry protein smoothie for breakfast. I hate the protein taste, so this was torture to drink.
This was my dinner. Roasted sweet potatoes, mixed with sautéed veggies and couscous. It was delicious.
